Cholis Residency is a privately-managed serviced apartment building in central Garki, Abuja, designed around how our target guests actually travel: consultants, government contractors, diaspora returnees, and corporate executives with meetings clustered near the National Assembly, the Central Bank, and the federal ministries.

We run the building ourselves. There is no franchise, no call centre, and no third-party property manager. When you message us, a member of our operations team reads it. That keeps the experience consistent for the guests who come back, and keeps the building running the way the owners intend.

All stays include 24/7 mains-plus-inverter power, fibre internet, air-conditioning in every room, daily housekeeping, and on-call operations support for the duration of your stay. Room service from our in-house chef and laundry service are available at an additional charge. Corporate guests are welcome. We issue invoices in Naira or US Dollars and support net-30 and net-60 terms.
