Cholis Residency is a privately-managed serviced apartment building in central Garki, Abuja, designed around how our target guests actually travel: consultants, government contractors, diaspora returnees, and corporate executives with meetings clustered near the National Assembly, the Central Bank, and the federal ministries.
Every apartment is a home away from home rather than a room to sleep in. The kitchen comes fully packed: a cooker and oven, a microwave, an in-built refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, an electric kettle, and hot water. Guests on a long stay cook their own food and run their own laundry without leaving the building.
We run the building ourselves. There is no franchise, no call centre, and no third-party property manager. When you message us, a member of our operations team reads it. That keeps the experience consistent for the guests who come back, and keeps the building running the way the owners intend.
Corporate guests are welcome. We issue invoices in Naira or US Dollars and support net-30 and net-60 terms.

Fully equipped kitchen

Gated compound with 24/7 security
The building sits inside a walled compound with a guarded gate, security staff on duty around the clock, and CCTV recording 24 hours a day. Parking is inside the gate rather than on the street, and the front desk is staffed overnight, so there is always someone awake on site.
Fire detection and extinguishers throughout
Smoke detectors are fitted in every kitchen and every bedroom, and fire extinguishers and fire blankets are placed at points across the building, including beside the kitchens and on each floor's landing. The front desk is staffed overnight, so there is always someone on site who can raise an alarm and direct guests out.
Ceiling speakers in every room
Surround ceiling speakers are fitted in every room, so you can play your own music through the apartment rather than through a phone on a worktop.
Laundry service
Hand your laundry in at the front desk and it comes back done, charged to your room bill. Every apartment also has its own washing machine if you would rather do it yourself.
