Where are the apartments?
Central Garki, Abuja — walking distance from the major federal and corporate landmarks. Exact address is shared after booking.
How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message or fill in the enquiry form and we'll confirm availability and rates within the same business day.
What is included in the nightly rate?
24/7 power (mains + backup), high-speed internet, air-conditioning, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 on-call support from the operations team. Room service from our in-house chef and laundry service are available at an additional charge.
Can you issue a corporate invoice?
Yes. We support net-30 and net-60 terms for registered companies. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll set up the account.
Do you accept USD?
Card payments are processed in Naira via Paystack. For USD-paying corporate guests we can issue an invoice and accept payment via international bank transfer or Wise. Mention it in your enquiry.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before check-in. 50% refund up to 24 hours before. No refund inside 24 hours. Corporate contracts may override these defaults.
Do I need to upload my ID when I book?
No. Bring your NIN slip (Nigerian guests) or passport (international) to check-in and the front desk will record the number. We don't store ID document scans by default.
