- Where are the apartments?
- Central Garki, Abuja, walking distance from the major federal and corporate landmarks. Exact address is shared after booking.
- How do I book?
- Pick a date range on any apartment page and submit. You can also message us directly via the chat at the bottom-right of the site, or send an enquiry from the contact page. We confirm within the same business day.
- What is included in the nightly rate?
- 24/7 power (mains + backup), high-speed internet, air-conditioning, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 on-call support from the operations team. Room service from our in-house chef and laundry service are available at an additional charge.
- Can you issue a corporate invoice?
- Yes. We support net-30 and net-60 terms for registered companies. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll set up the account.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer to our Nigerian Naira account is the primary method right now. The account details and your booking reference appear on the payment page once your booking is held; transfer within 24 hours to keep the hold. Online card payments via Paystack are coming soon. Cash is not accepted.
- Do you accept USD?
- For USD-paying corporate guests we can issue an invoice and accept payment via international bank transfer or Wise. Mention it in your enquiry.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Full refund up to 48 hours before check-in. 50% refund up to 24 hours before. No refund inside 24 hours. Corporate contracts may override these defaults.
- Do I need to upload my ID when I book?
- No. Bring your NIN slip (Nigerian guests) or passport (international) to check-in and the front desk will record the number. We don't store ID document scans by default.
