Where are the apartments?
Central Garki, Abuja, walking distance from the major federal and corporate landmarks. Exact address is shared after booking.
How do I book?
Pick a date range on any apartment page and submit. You can also message us directly via the chat at the bottom-right of the site, or send an enquiry from the contact page. We confirm within the same business day.
What is included in the nightly rate?
24/7 power (mains + backup), high-speed internet, air-conditioning, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 on-call support from the operations team. Room service from our in-house chef and laundry service are available at an additional charge.
Can you issue a corporate invoice?
Yes. We support net-30 and net-60 terms for registered companies. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll set up the account.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to our Nigerian Naira account is the primary method right now. The account details and your booking reference appear on the payment page once your booking is held; transfer within 24 hours to keep the hold. Online card payments via Paystack are coming soon. Cash is not accepted.
Do you accept USD?
For USD-paying corporate guests we can issue an invoice and accept payment via international bank transfer or Wise. Mention it in your enquiry.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 48 hours before check-in. 50% refund up to 24 hours before. No refund inside 24 hours. Corporate contracts may override these defaults.
Do I need to upload my ID when I book?
No. Bring your NIN slip (Nigerian guests) or passport (international) to check-in and the front desk will record the number. We don't store ID document scans by default.
