Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the full first night's rate (or the agreed corporate deposit) is received and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Until then the dates are considered held only.
Identification
Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued identification at or before check-in. Nigerian nationals should present a NIN (National Identification Number); international guests a valid passport. We are required to record this information for the weekly police log. See our privacy policy for detail.
Cancellations
- Full refund up to 48 hours before check-in.
- 50% refund up to 24 hours before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations inside 24 hours of check-in.
- Corporate contracts may override these defaults. The terms of your signed agreement apply in that case.
House rules
- No smoking inside any apartment.
- No parties or unregistered overnight guests.
- Keep noise at reasonable levels, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. The building is residential.
- Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear will be charged to the payment method on file.
Our responsibilities
We provide the apartment in clean, functional order, with working power, water, internet, and air-conditioning. If anything isn't right on arrival, tell us immediately. We aim to resolve issues within a few hours, and will relocate you if the issue cannot be resolved.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses arising from disruptions outside our reasonable control, such as extended power grid failures beyond our backup capacity, or acts of the state. For everything within our reasonable control, our liability is capped at the total amount paid for your stay.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory.
